I want to grow venus Flytraps from seed, but I don't want to wait three years to have mature flytraps (impatient me :| ). How long would that take in tissue culture to mature?

When starting seeds in tissue culture, within about 8 to 12 months, you will have several mature plants from a single seed.

Of course, they then must be potted out and hardened off, which can take another 3 to 4 months. So about a year to a year and a half total, and you will have many, many adult plants from a seed started in tissue culture.
