The seeds will be OK. Mature plants will be killed down to ground level but will grow back from their roots.

I posted on February 23rd, telling you the envelope was going out in the next day's mail.
The return envelope was mailed Monday, February 24th.
I usually expect 1 to 2 weeks for normal mail delivery.
