Hi members. I'm want to buy these seeds for me, As I understand most of the species requires the same care? Is it difficult to germinate the seeds?

I currently own a VFT and a D. Capensis, and I think they're doing good so far (Only got them a week ago)

Growing most carnivorous plants from seed is a long and challenging process. For the first 2 or 3 years they're extremely small. Most sundews grow faster, but Dionaea and Sarracenia take at least 3 years to reach maturity and usually 5 to 6 years.

Germination isn't usually that hard if the seed is fresh. Sarracenia require at least a 4 week cold, wet stratification. Dionaea seed should be planted as soon as you get it.

Good luck if you get them!

Oh yes another thing, once they germinated. Can I remove the bags and place them with my other plants outside? or will this be too warm and dry in the sun?
Thanks in advance.
