My "sent" folder is 100% full and the bar is red, but it will not let me delete messages. It says, "the submitted from was invalid. try submitting again." Is anyone else having this problem? It also doesn't let me delete messages from my inbox.

I have verified the problem, but haven't found a solution yet. I will post back here when I do solve the issue!

I had this same problem on the old forum. It was intermittent and usually worked after a couple of tries. Don't know if this will help find the issue. Users might try moving messages to another folder, instead of deleting, to see if this a workaround.

Found the fix! Evidently, it is a known issue in the most recent versions of phpBB (the software the forum runs on). I put the patch in and tested deleting some PMs and it works now!
