Flytraps really aren't an indoor plant. They require the various changes in temperature, daylight, and humidity throughout the seasons to be happy and healthy. Plus they have to be able to go dormant in winter to rest and regain energy for the growing season ahead.
I know that it's smack dab in the middle of winter in the northern hemisphere (which is where I assume you are located), and the temperatures may or may not be too cold for Seltin to survive. Therefor sticking it outside right now might not be an option.
Your best bet, if you live in an area that gets a hard freeze in winter, is to grow it under a proper light until the Spring Thaw. I'm growing my seedlings under a CFL bulb myself until about mid March. By then my area (Southern NC) will be warm enough for even seedlings to flourish outside.
You can get CFL's at Lowe's or Home Depot (if you live in the US) or most any hardware store. Just make sure that the bulb is close enough to the plant to give it proper lighting, but not so close as to burn the plant. Then, when Spring comes and it's no longer freezing out at night, you can find a nice sunny spot for Seltin to grow.
