Impossible to answer -- my tastes are far to ecletic fo narrow it down to one species. I'd be hard pressed to narrow it down to one Family. (Though if I did it would likely be Family Orchidaceae.)

I can't say that I have a favorite species, but I have favorite genus. The Utricularia, especially the aquatics one and the Grammatophyllum.

I think pitcher plants overall are pretty cool. Sarracenia with their towering traps, Nepenthes hamata, nepenthes edwardsiana, and nepenthes macrophylla with their teeth, Nepenthes Rajah and Truncata with their size, and Cephalotus' peristome and lid.

I like Lecanopteris and Heliamphora. I can't narrow it down to any less than three species, and those three are L. darnaedii, H. parva, and H. sarracenioides.
