I have bought a bloody mary a couple of months ago,it had 1 pitcher with the lip which died after 2 weeks,but now it is making new pitchers which have thin-ish lips and the growth point is being very strange too
(I don't put it in a bowl of water i just have the bowl to collect the water i water it,i use the water to water other plants)

Sorry to say, but that does not look like a N. x Bloody Mary to me. It should have more squat, red pitchers and a rounder peristome due to the ampullaria in it's parentage. That's probably a N. x ventrata (or maybe a ventricosa as they can look similar when smaller). Where did you purchase it?

I'm not a Nepenthes guy but that plant looks like a Ventrata to me.

Here's a photo of my Nepenthes 'Bloody Mary', AKA 'Lady Luck'.
The pitchers are tubbier.
They get very Red when grown in good light.

As always, just my 02¢ worth.
