I'm seeing some flytraps growing, and some live Sphagnum moss, but no sundews.

I see 'em, up in the top left and bottom right (also, doesn't look like true Sphag to me, but I'm not a bryologist).

Sleepy, I'm not really sure what the issue is though. Sundews and VFTs are grown together all the time. The only potential problem is if your "invaders" are subtropical/tropical species which might not survive the winter depending on how you do dormancy for the VFT.

Ohhh. The sundews blend very well with the moss (only being a slight shade yellower and obviously more dewy looking) and looking at the picture on my laptop without the capability to zoom way in, I had no clue where to look and couldn't find them. Had to take a good close look with my phone at the spots you indicated and zoom in a bit. Now I see them.

Whatever species that moss is, it looks very similar to Sphag. Like you, I'm no Bryologist either so I can't confirm what exact species it is either.

Just let the sundews grow a bit and then transplant if you'd like or just leave them.

I somehow have a couple of VFT seedlings growing in one of my sarr pots. Not sure how they got there. So I am just leaving them be.

I've had sundews grow just fine with VFTs and they usually due back during winter and then regrow from the roots.

The soil is sold as sphagnum peat moss so idk that moss grows in all the pots I use it in figured it was normal looks kinda nice

The problem I was feeling with the sundews is there's so many and all I meant to grow was flytraps off the flower stems

Sphagnum peat is broken down past the point of ever growing back as live moss. You likely have a weedier "hitchhiker" species as live Sphag usually doesn't just pop up unless you grow it specifically or it came with other plants.

Really shouldn't be an issue, but you can repot them carefully if you want to...

It doesn't randomly pop up it comes from the peat soil I use I can take it fresh from the bag add some water and a couple weeks it'll start turning green ontop and look like that
It is pretty humid where I live so I don't actually need to water my stuff very often but I've been using the same brand of peat for years now

I've had that moss pop up from bags of peat before. The spores literally get everywhere. It's easy to pull out with tweezers. I leave it until it annoys me or starts to crowd out a plant.
