Recently decided to buy vft b52 as seeds.. and you saved me as you notified me that is wasnt possible as b52 doesnt came as a seed. Recently I saw a seller selling red capensis seeds .. is this true or another scam?
Thanks,

VFT B52 is a cultivar. It can only be propagated by cloning.
Seeds will not be a genetic duplicate.

Drosera capensis Red is a variety encompassing a whole spectrum of Shades of Red.
These vary from a light Pink overall shading, to an all Red Burgundy plant.
Seeds from these guys produce plants that are usually close to, or at least, similar to their parent.

Red Cape Sundew seeds are USUALLY not a scam.
But I have received seeds labeled Capensis Red that are actually Typical form Capes.
Some Red plants, like the 'Big Pink' cultivar will produce seeds that grow into a mix of Alba, Typical, and Red looking plants.

Capensis Red are fairly common in collections.
You could post a request in the Buy, Sell, Trade, section and see if someone on the forum has some Red seeds or a leaf cutting or a plant for a low price.

Good luck,
Mike
