Hello,

This season I have two sets of Venus Flytrap seedlings. They're doing great, probably the best attempts at growing them from seed for me so far. However, I've noticed something odd. After a certain point of growing and gradually putting out bigger and bigger traps, they start to regress and put out small and half developed traps. Like they hit a brick wall.

Not only that, but some of them also get this black residue on bits of their foliage. It looks like Humic acid buildup that I've seen on sundews. Although I've never seen it happen to Venus Flytraps.
