Ladies and gentlemen, witness the first seeds I have ever attempted to grow. If I am not mistaken, those look like they are sprouting! Well, a few of them so far anyway, a couple at least started growing mold early on. I noticed the first sprout 14 days in, then two more on day16. I'm concerned about the LFSM, it is rather open and the roots may not have much to anchor into. I'm hesitant to disturb them, should I just hope for the best or can I cover them with medium?

They need to be in a peat-sand mix. You can shred 20 to 30 percent lfsm and put it in the mix. The seeds will get lost in the lfsm.
Just keep them wet when you move them and keep them a little shadier but not in the shade. If your temperature is getting cooler, you can leave them in the sun more. Just don't let them dry out
