I only grow flytraps, but I do know that different species will be identifiable at different stages. Flytrap seedlings, for example, can be easily distinguished by the two cotyledons (on the rare occasion it's one or even three) which are long and thin. Once these embryonic leaves grow, the flytrap produces it's first traps albeit in miniature.

The varieties are all Drosera (oops, I forgot that part!)
stolonifera
binata
burkeana
burmanii
capensis pink & white flower
indica white, jacky jacky
spatulata
nidiformis
Like I said, I’m not confident I can get them all to germinate. I’ll try to get a picture, but right now they all look pretty much identical with 2-3 carnivorous leaves. Similar to my capensis red so far.
