Seeing as the Flytrap Photo Contest hasn't been running in several years, can the Contest forum please be locked from having users make new posts in it? It can be done indefinitely, or unlocked again if the contest is brought back.

(I don't know exactly why, but having it open and threads about non flytrap pictures posted there just seems to irk me somehow.)

Sorry I haven't been checking in on the forums very often or thoroughly for a while now! I just noticed this thread and I agree.

I believe I changed permissions so that posting in the forum isn't allowed for right now. Can you confirm by trying to post?
