Seeds finally came. I thought the pollination was a failure until I saw them this morning. They're are a few that haven't popped out yet, but I know are in there. Should I pick the pods with the exposed seeds now?

Yes. The buds with the black pearls. It looks like most have already fallen out.

That or the fact that barely any developed. I have an another entire stalk that I pollinated the best I could without any seeds.
