Cross just curious here can I feed plant food pellets to a Venus flytrap putting the pellet in the trap and setting off the trap while the plant food pellet is in there and then squeezing the outside of the trap to simulate a insect trying to escape

Can I feed it plant food pellets when insects or freeze dried bloodworms or mealworms are scarce?

I possibly could but it could over feed the plant so has anyone tried it? Feeding plant food to a Venus flytrap (not fertlizer) plant food pellets you just put them in the soil but in this case we are putting it in the plants trap

No, plant food anywhere near a flytrap is a bad idea. Stick with feeding them freezedried bloodworms if you really want to feed them anything.
