Has anyone seen these kind of pests? Will the grubs get eaten ALIVE?!!!! They are eating the dead carcasses of the Japanese beetles and making some kind of casing inside the plant. I don’t think they could harm my plant, but I ain’t sure. It looks to me like more than anything they are helping my plants out more than themselves, but I could be wrong.

Right!!! I keep bumping these guys off my Basil plant and they’re being poisoned by the neem oil that I spray on them. Luckily it doesn’t harm the bees b/c it has to be ingested by eating it directly off the plant, but anyways once they are knocked off I put them in a bottle and take them to my purpurea! Feast on that suckers!!! Mwahahaha!
