I think only TC or seeds.

Shipping plants internationally is for the most part illegal without a crap ton of paper work and permits.

This is correct. And this year I largely stopped shipping TC plants as well. The paperwork is cumbersome and often the plants don't arrive or arrive in poor health after a long delay in customs.

There are a few countries where we have never had an issue including Canada, South Korea, and Japan, so we will still ship to those countries. But largely we don't ship TC plants internationally any more.
