Not permanently, just add some water to the tray when the "previous" water dissapears in order to prevent overwatering

As, Moof said. Don't let it be in a bowl! It could get Root Rot! It's best too use a tray method. This is done by letting the pot sit in a small amount of water. Please note that the pot must have draining holes. Don't worry about humidity it's not that important.

In the summer, it's okay to give it more water and more often, but since at this time of year, it dries slowly, you don't need as much. I barely water my plants. A little from the bottom and a few spoons of water on top. I have divisions with short roots. That would be the reason I water a little from the top.

yep, just let the tray dry for 2 days and then water it again oh and its best to water from top, i don't use the water tray method if you keep the soil moist (not wet nor dry) your plant will reward you with A LOT of traps (i have 1 plant and it has over 15 traps! and the fused tooth from Steve it had about 30 traps!!) welcome to the flytrapcare family!

Remember that we're in Southern Hemisphere so it's Summer atm. You've got your answers, so welcome to the Forum from a fellow SA member ;)
