Why is my Drosera Intermedia and Drosera Hybrida not waking up in time, but late?

Strange, those temps should be good enough but sometimes it may take high 80's low 70's to get them to wake up. Sometimes they act weird if a dormancy was skipped. The second picture looks like it's probably rotten though.

Dormancy was not skipped. They became dormant last October.

All of my Sundews were outside during the winter. When I took my Drosera Intermedias into the basement while they were dormant molds love it, but did the plant like it being in the basement when dormant or outside?
