You are going to run into more problems than benefits by trying to do this.
The regular mix of peat/perlite or addition of sphagnum moss will be best for growing large healthy sarracenia, and the addition of light fertilization (some people toss a few osmocote pellets into the pots) or just feeding the pitchers will be plenty to give them good growth. Also if you want to add more organic matter but not peat for whatever reason, pine bark also works relatively well in the mix.
Even if you wanted to do this, I believe its better to fully compost things instead of just burying food in pots, although most compost is probably too high in nutrients anyways, which is why no one really does anything like this.
