I was looking it them too but still haven't decided. They don't have a par rating or any information on how much light they actually supply. If you do decide to get them and you don't have a meter best suggestion is to start about medium height and raise or lower based on your plants reaction.

Thanks, I guess I just didn't look at that too hard...anyhow they seem to be working well for my nepenthes and heliamphora, my only complaint would be that it's hard to see how wet/dry the soil of the plants are.
