Nep cutting questions, need help

I put these cuttings in water 8 weeks ago today. There are 3. One seems to have no change good or bad. One has no roots and is turning yellow and one I THINK has roots. I’m including pics. Any advice on what I can do would be great, this is the first time I’ve done this

Here is the one turning yellow:

Good to know. Anyone have any advice on what to do with the one turning yellow? Just keep waiting? Does the yellow mean it’s dying?
