They almost look like those weird little jumping things. Hopefully someone has an actual answer.

They are most likely a kind of Oribatid mite. Common in soils, they help break down rotting matter. Not a problem to the plants.

When I was a kid, I would actually use a toothpick to guide them into the mouths of Nepenthes seedlings. That’s some needliness right there. I had a lot of time.

Hehe well nowadays I just hold a plant in the clouds of fruit flies in our composting bin outside!

Soil mites. but ps. that adelae is struggling needs some stronger light + probably fresh substrate and higher humidity.
