A few weeks ago I received a Purperea online however in the last two weeks have noticed strange dots on one of the or two of the leaves.
If anyone could identify this and tell if it is a pest or mould or just a bit of discolorstion I would rlly appreciate it

It's hard to see anything in the photos, but I think what you are noticing is some previous damage to the pitcher that is browning over or the pitcher is at the end of its lifespan and is starting to go brown. This time of year, that's quite common.

New pitchers will start forming with the break of spring.
