Good news:
One of my drosera dielsianas from FlyTrapCare Shop is flowering already. :D

Bad news:
This is what happens when you give a drosera adelae plantlet more food (crushed betta pellets) than it can chew - I misjudged horribly:

10 days after feeding (today) - I think this one's a goner:

Yea I'm not pleased with myself about the adelae at all, but it's not as though they're irreplaceable. I also learned something valuable.

I'm hoping it will bounce back eventually, but with the way it looks, I'm not so sure it will.

I do have two sets of adelae roots buried just under the soil in the same pot that may yet sprout something.

That's the right attitude for sure. It may come back, but if it doesn't, it donated it's life in the name of science! And we all learned something valuable from its life.

No, I crushed up a pellet and put a minute piece on 3 of its 4 or 5 leaves. It was still too much. Keep in mind that plantlet is only about 3 or 4mm diameter. It was really hard to judge, but I didn't think I'd burn it. Plantlets should probably get less much food than other plants.

Not worried though, I've got more adelae roots - I just planted them in the same pot; we'll see in a month if I get something new.
