Hi, I recently bought/rescued a nepenthes, but noticed a blue fertilizer (blue in attached pic) in the soil. Are there nepenthes-friendly fertilizers, or is this a mistake and I should repot immediately?

Take one of the blue granules and see whether it dissolves or disintegrates in water after a few hours. If it does, I would suggest repot.
