Hey there.

Yesterday, I was checking on my flytrap and noticed a few greyish bugs walking around on the dirt.
As soon as I touched the pot, they wall ran underneath the dirt.
Are they harmful for the plant?

Hard to tell from the pic but it's probably just springtails or something else harmless. Pests generally will only be seen on the plant.

Not the clearest pic, but I also think it's probably a springtail. Nothing I would be losing sleep over.

I'd be more worried about that media than any pests. It looks like your lfm was not broken up into smaller pieces so it is very dense when they packaged it up. I would think roots will struggle and take a least resistant route.

I somehow overlooked that while trying to focus in on the bug. Yeah, that is a hell of a lot of algae (or maybe cyanobacteria film) on the top of your sphagnum. In addition to it being low quality sphag, something is wrong with the growing conditions and will affect the plant negatively in the future if it isn't already. Likely watered too frequently, or kept in stagnant water, with combo with poor air circulation in the growing area.

When I first saw it I seriously thought it was that green styrofoam they use for fake flower arrangements. I'm not trying to be rude I just call it like I see it.
