I would just use plastic

What do you mean move it? Out of the pot or repot it? Or move it outside? I don't understand that question.

How big is your plant compared to the pot? You can grow it til it grows the whole inner circumference. I'm trying to see if potting from larger pot to smaller pots increases growth. I think it does because it allows the media to dry sooner and resulting more frequent oxygen supply to roots. I don't have any statistics on this ,but it's my theory.

this is my plant :D i think on the bottom you can see the root. i just want to put it in a bigger pot to have more space. some traps stay one over another and some small traps are dying. i have the plant for a year now so i'm not sure what to do.

I know nothing of that growing media, so cant advise on that I'm afraid, can you get Sphagnum moss peat or pure Sphagnum to use?
If you are in the UK the plant should be going dormant now, in which case I would tend to repot in the spring, if you repot now and damage any part of the roots/rhizome then as the plant isn't growing it wont be able to heal till growth starts in spring, so the wound will be open to possible infection all winter.

The plant wont come to any harm staying in that pot till spring.

and about the dormancy...in UK the temperature are pretty hi now. probably they will go down in December or later. and about dormancy...will it be ok to leave it just like that outside? last winter we had -4 Celsius. will it survive ? or do i need to cover it or do something? this will be my first winter with the plant.

One of your plants is starting to flower. Actually I looked closer and 2 of your plants are sending up a flower stalk. Plus I don't think it's ideal to repot when the plants are flowering because it's already getting stressed from using all the energy to aid the flower stalk and repotting it would just put a damper on that. Also I would get that media that you posted on your first posting. That stuff looks superior to that sphagnum moss and plus it is specifically designed for Venus flytraps.

Should i do something about the flower stalk? Do i need to take extra care or is that normal ? i am planing to leave it out for the winter and if is getting under 0 degrees Celsius i will make something like a green house for it to keep it to 0-1 degrees Celsius.

How long have you had the plant? is it new? whatever, it seems to think its summer rather than autumn as it shouldnt be flowering now.
Cut the flower stalks off to save the plant putting unnecessary energy into them and keep it cool and it should regulate itself.

As far as keeping it outside is concerned all mine are outside but in bogs with a lot more mass than your pot, they all made it through the beast from the East parts 1 and 2 in the UK last year, uncovered and have previously been down to -17C, they are a lot more resilient than you may think. Having said that your pot will freeze and thaw faster than a large bog, which isnt good for the plant, consistency is better. Have you got a shed you could put it in and keep it just damp for winter? The reason I say that is if you construct something like a small greenhouse, it will protect it but also get very hot very quick in sunshine and run the risk of cooking it, or at least getting rapid temperature swings which aren't helpful.

Cheers

if you think it will be better for the plant i will put it in the fridge. if i can make something to and keep it outside i will do it( repot-build something or anything else) if it will better i will keep it in the fridge and i will repot in in the spring and prepare better for the next winter.
