I’m new to sarrs. I have a flava and psittacina and they are pretty small. I’m wondering what the growth rates of these are from you guy’s experience because I can’t seem to find any good info on that on the internet. What age do they usually get to flowering size, and how old do you think these two are? They are in 2 inch pots for a scale of size by the way.

I'm gonna guess that those are two year old plants. But size can be deceptive and growth rate is influenced by environmental factors as well as genetics. Typically, Sarracenia reach maturity in four years or more. However, that timeframe can be shortened considerably in cultivation through a combination of photoperiod manipulation and fertilization.
