Hello, I received this orquid after a hot car trip, it seemed to be dehydrated to I have been giving it water for a few days now.

The leaves seem burnt, and one is especially strange.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, severe burn. They will not come back from that, you'll just need to let it grow and eventually they will be replaced. DO NOT remove them! Wait until they either completely dry out or are replaced! It may be ugly now, but it will still grow And flower fine as long as the growth tip was not damaged. It'll be a couple years before the foliage is pretty again.

I know I'm a little bit late, but I'm going to answer anyway. It does look like it may have been burnt, however it also looks like it could be crown rot, as I can see water sitting in the crown. Water sitting in the crown could cause it to rot. The rot is easily preventable. If water gets into the crown, just take a napkin or something else that soaks up water, and stick it into the crown. Hope this helps!
