Actually my bad I didn't see the pic, but this deformity is more rare than the other 2 headed traps I see all the time. I usually don't ever see 2 traps on one leaf usually it's 2 leafs on one stem. So this is quite cool to see. I'm sure it still happens more than we know though.

I once had a plant have 2 at the same time. This is a korean melody shark so it does have very mutated leaves (I saw one once that had a trigger hair on the edge of the leaf as if it were a tooth and another time it was missing an entire side of a trap) so I wasn't supprised to see the plant have them. I haven't seen double traps since then for some reason on any plant for some reason.
