Hello! I’m quite new to the carnivorous plant world. I recently got a nepenthes around a month ago. It was doing fine but I’ve started to notice it’s pitchers are drying out. I water it heavily once a week and it’s in a place with indirect sun. Is it a humidity problem? I try to mist it every other day but if I need to put it in a terrarium I’ll do that.

Pitchers don't last forever. You can clip off the ones you think are ugly. Misting also does nothing for the plant.

It depends. Post a photo. Also the soil is supposed to always be kept moist, never let it dry out.

Sorry for late reply. Here it is. It’s in a mix of spagnum and orchid mix. And yes I never let it dry out.
