Looks like normal "old-leaf die off" to me. Also looks like a flower stalk may be forming in the center...hard to say for sure but it doesn't look like a trap as far as I can tell from zooming in. If it starts to make a flower stalk make sure to cut it off.

Looks fine to me. Old traps die off as new ones take their place. B52's are very robust and divide like crazy. Give it adequate light, water, and food and soon you will have a pot full of big happy traps.
