Hello all,
My name is Natalie. I'm a mom, plant lover, tree hugging lady lol. I've always been very into plants but I've only got any personal experience in growing vegetables, herbs, and very basic potting flowers. My friend gave me a Venus Fly Trap as a gift and I'm excited but also woefully inexperienced with them. I've googled and watched a few videos on them before happening by this forum. I think this might be much more helpful than just reading articles as I would love to keep this baby nice and healthy. I'm very excited for this new adventure with a new plant and can't wait to learn more about them/how to best care for them.

Feel free to drop your favorite tips for newbies!

welcome! fun plants to grow that is for sure! best bet for starters look up top on the forum flytrapcare.com Matt & Leah who run FTS have made some very good informational/in depth care guides it is an excellent starting point/where we got our start in our household

Welcome! My wife grows all kinds of herbs as well. I'm more just into CP's though I have very recently started getting into lilies and iris.
