Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there.

My dad is 83 and still around and kicking.

I made him a Chocolate Overkill Cheesecake with double chocolate/toasted pecan crust, double chocolate filling, chocolate ganache topping, decorative chocolate buttercream frosting, and garnished with chopped toasted pecans.

It still needs something, maybe some shaved dark chocolate curls sprinkled on top.

My dad likes chocolate. I told him he doesn't have to share this with anybody.
