Hello everyone,
I let one of my FTS Archangel flower this spring, but as the buds swell, I found they never bloom.
The buds keep their shape round, white petals huddle together, wrinkled, like cabbage. But the calyxes do expand as normal.
I disclosed two of them, and found the stamens and pistil huddling too. The color of pistil is red, unlike typical cultivar.
So, I'd like to verify, whether FTS Archangel is a sterile cultivar or not?

ps: Sorry I'm not an English speaker, I wish I had made myself clear.
Thanks.

My FTS Archangel flowers regularly and produces seed. It does have a red stamen too.
