I have a pervillei that is growing nicely over the years. It is relatively large with multiple branches now. Just that I have only one plant. Had tried to root cuttings using different methods (in live/dead LFS, in plain water) a few times but unsuccessful. These methods work fine for most other neps I have.

Does anyone have experience rooting this species?

This is a photo of it with both upper and lower pitchers.

I regularly remove top 2 inches of live LFS once the moss outgrow the pot. Exposing some roots and lower pitches buried in the moss.

What soil do you use underneath the live moss there? Have you tried using the same for cuttings? I normally use pure perlite for rooting cuttings since it's sterile and much easier to control moisture levels compared to LFS.
