It took a couple years of growing this plant before I ever got to see it flower. Now this year it divided and has grown 4 so far! I took another shot at pollinating them yesterday.

Beautiful! I haven’t gotten a bloom on Florian yet! One came up last spring but it aborted, the only time I ever had that happen.

Most Mexican pings are not self-fertile, though I guess not 100% impossible. If you have another plant of a different kind in bloom, you could try that.

I read mixed information on that so I wasn't sure. I definitely got pollen this year so I guess we'll see. My only other ping just died. This is the only one that likes me.
