Help me identify this moss.

I got this moss from a flower shop that didn't need it anymore. Can anyone tell me what it is? I was wondering if it is safe for Carnivorous plants.

That’s sheet moss and no good for CPs.

In the upper left, the white strand of moss looks like sphagnum, but yes, the bulk looks like worthless sheet moss.
