Hey fellas my sarracenias start to grow but this sarracenia flava's lips are not developing, once I found them tip over than supported with sticks and can it be when they tip over and plant said this pitchers are gone stop growing them ?
(They can hunt, 1 of them can't secrete sugar)

The pitchers falling over wouldn’t cause that damage, if it’s only on the one pitcher it could be that the pitcher was possibly attacked when it was small, by something and then as the pitcher grows it accentuates the deformity.
If all pitchers are like that it will be your soil or possibly a genetic defect.

I can't really understand your question, but it's not totally uncommon for spring pitchers not to look great and to be flimsy. The sarrs I've had tend to start growing more robust pitchers in late summer and the showiest ones autumn.
