yep that will do the trick on the moss! that pot of sundews should look really nice once they get back to growing normal! looks like you have quite a few in there!

Cool thanks. When i pot the VFTs in the sphangum i dont need to mix it with perlite right ? Only pure sphangum ?

you are correct no need for perlite when using LFSM (long fiber sphagnum moss like you have in the photo)

I don't know how to get to it immediately to link it but if you look in the care guides above there is a nice repotting video Leah did which shows potting up in LSFM that might as well be a masterwork. worth a watch!

That's normal. No worries. They bend and twist and grow all sorts of ways. Looks healthy to me.
