What's going on??

My Nepenthes Ventrata is started to form little spots of clear fluid. Is this something I should worry about or is this normal?

That’s nectar. They produce this to attract bugs so they can eat them.

Oh ok, I didn't realize they also produced nectar on the leaves but that's good to know. Thank you

Nepenthes can produce nectar on just about any part of the plant. Some will just be covered in those nectar drops all the time.
