Welcome to the Forum.
This Forum maintains a Seed Bank for members.
There is a link to it in my signature. (Also if you click the USEFUL LINKS button, you'll see a link to it.) (3rd from the top)
Seeds are categorized according to their rarity and ease of cultivation.
As a new member, you can request seeds from Class 0.
VFT seeds are in class 2.
These can be requested by any member with 3 months of membership.
You are eligible to request class 2 seeds March 12th, 2018.
All Seed Bank seeds are free of charge, it costs you only an SASE to get them.

It is also possible that one of the Forum members might have some extra seeds laying around for you too.

Yes.
The way to do this is to post a new thread in the Seed Bank Forum.
Title it: DeaNyx420 requests D. capensis "Red".
I respond, acknowledge your order, and PM you with my address for your SASE.
When your SASE arrives, I fulfill the order and mail it back, usually within 3 working days.(Unless I get swamped by the exigencies by life or get bit by the "Lazy Bug".)

The Seed Bank is a community project.
It is run on the "Pay It Forward" philosophy.
In the future, it's hoped you'll help someone else out.
If you have a surplus of seed, it would be appreciated if you helped out a new grower.
