I've sown VFT on TC medium a few times.
Some of them are good .

But I have a question.

When germination occurs, it looks fine and I can see tiny seed leaves.
After that I would see tiny adult leaf and black small root.
This first root would curl on the medium. Sometimes upside down, sometimes horizontal on surface of medium.

They rarely into medium in my experience.

They grow pretty fine but lei down and the root is curled inside of plant. Some of new leaves are inside of medium.(but still looks fine)

When I replate plant I try to them put vertical and top(bottom?) of root inside of medium.

I killed half of them after replate.

How can I replate them healthy ?
Should I replate them as soon as germination occurred , before root would curl ?

I have other new seeds.
I want to survive them.

Just let them grow out a bit and then replate as best you can with the roots down and the leaves up. Flytraps naturally curl a bit as they grow, so there's nothing to be done about that. But you can divide them with forceps and replate the pieces in the correct orientation (root down).

Thank you :-)
I'm too anxious about them.
