Yes. Cut it carefully at the base. And plant it vertically in a container with peat then cover it with saran wrap, it'll produce another few plants in a month

Do you mean I can propagate VFT from this stem cutting ?

You can continue to let the flower stalk grow until time to transfer the culture. A flower stalk, even in TC, can produce vegetative buds (practically invisible) just underneath the flower bud next to the bracts. These vegetative buds can be used to generate new plants.
