Saw this little guy this morning... Should I let it keep growing, or try to get it out and repot? I live in FL so it doesn't get cold till mid-late November.

Typically divisions have to grow for a while until they fully separate from the parent rhizome. They can be forcible separated before then but doing such can damage and kill one or both plants. I would wait unill repotting season in the spring to see if they have separated yet for two reasons: to spare the plants shock from getting uprooted shortly before dormancy and because won't be ready to separate. That being said you don't have to separate them at all, they can grow together, giving a "fuller" appearance to the pot. Your plant looks great! Keep it up.
