that I can't afford that yet, but I can a afford regular hamata.
But I will get that one later on, and it's harder to find.

There's lots of beautiful choices.. I pick them for my collection mostly based on the uniqueness of the pitchers. Because let's face it most Nepenthes leaves are all the same. I like the shape of n.aristochoides so a couple of my favorite hybrids are n.aristochiodes x robcantleyi and n.aristochoides x spectabilis. But the plant at the high end of my wish list right now is n.jamban...

There are a lot that are 'rare' and expensive. I'd be more interested in finding ones that are 'cool' looking and less expensive. Some examples: Singalana, Spectabilis, or even any Spectabilis hybrids

Try the new Sumatran species like jamban, jacquelineae, lingulata, inermis, and aristolochioides (if you have the proper setup). Also Nepenthes Lowii, ephippiata, Rajah, Macrophylla, villosa, edwardsiana, x kinbaluensis, and x trusmadiensis are all awesome plants.
