Hey there. I've gotten fairly good at getting leaf pullings to strike (I'd say I have about a 90% success rate outside this species) but with moctezumae I'm getting almost 0 strikes. Has anyone else noticed that this species needs different conditions than others?

I've been using straight vermiculite, in a tray of very shallow water, with plastic wrap loosely over the top. Laying the pullings straight on top of the media.

Try placing the leaves in a dry, sealed Tupperware, with a few pieces of moist media in there as well, away from the leaves.
