Is that gibba? Also how do you keep the water lettuce (pistia) in check? Mine grows craaazyyyy in my fishpond (no utrics)

If I have too many, I take some out and put it into my fish tank. If there's too much there, I put them in my lotus bucket.
I actually don't know what utric it is. Probabaly gibba

Looks like U. gibba to me. Pretty neat stuff. Does it ever flower?
Also, are there any critters in it, aside from tiny invertebrates that the bladderwort eats?

There are tiny snails that keep the algae in check, and some tiny water fleas and mayfly larvae that I introduced into the tub that I collected form the creek behind my house
