Would Pygmy Sundews be able to be grown with Nepenthes under a T5HO 6400k light, or would they get cooked and not like the high humidity?? I see many people grow Pygmy Sundews without much direct sunlight, and grow them on windowsills or in greenhouses.

I've got mine under 48W of T5 HO and they do just fine. Its about 6-7 inches away.

The same here. I grow mine under 4 t5ho light. Never had a problem with them.
